Taizhou Huangyan JMT Mould Co., Ltd was founded in 2002, located at Chengjiang industry, Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. We’re specialized in designing and plastic injection mold factory, Children Electrical Car moulds, Home appliance mould, Household moulds & Compression moulds.
JMT Mould has organized their facility for efficiency using the latest principles of lean manufacturing. Out capabilities now include prototyping, advanced CNC equipment, experienced R&D team, and a state of the QC lab and injection workshop, To help realizing the benefits of consistent quality systems and business practices, JMT Mould invested the time and effort to be awarded the ISO9001-2008 Quality Certification in 2012 & ISO/TS16949:2009 in 2017.

HVAC mold
HVAC is the short name for Heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Without the heating and air conditioning systems in today’s modern vehicles, we would all be miserable driving to our destinations. We take for granted the heat that keeps us warm in the winter months, and the cool air that refreshes in the summer time. Let’s take a look at how both systems work to keep us comfortable all year round.
JMT is pretty experienced in HVAC mould field, who had processed over 100 HVAC mould jobs for both oversea and domestic OEM customers.
Each vehicle HVAC module has six primary components, Evaporator, Heater Core, Blower Assembly, Actuators, Sensors and Filters. Car air conditioner molds are needed for HVAC housings/covers and doors.
